Dori has over 25 years of IT experience, starting his career in the ERP software industry to most recently serving as CTO for an innovative credit card company. In addition, Dori established a successful consultancy for 20 years with large clients in the NYC area, providing them with managed services for mission critical systems. Along the way, he's pitched major initiatives to steering committees & boards, partnered with cross-functional teams and managed key projects, honing his people skills through a need to collaborate and innovate. These days he is passionate about helping others make positive shifts in their organizations.
As a seasoned Organizational Psychologist, Lena is passionate about unlocking human potential and elevating individual and organizational performance. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Strategy, Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, and Learning & Development, Lena has a proven track record of delivering impactful results to organizations in various growth stages (from start-ups to 100K employees) and industries (retail, retail, tech, travel, and financial services).
